A cultural path in the musical repertoire of Southern Italy which starts with the “beating” rhythm of the tarantella and it leads to the world music experimentation. Alternating between “the ancient” and “the modern”, this musical contamination creates particular and original compositions and arrangements, built on Southern candences and European tunes. The creator of this project, author of the songs, leader and voice of his group is the young musician Giuliano Gabriele, a French-Italian artist that has performed many times in Italy and abroad and cooperated with the most famous International Folk artists. *Collaborations: Carlos Nunez, Hevia, Francesco De Gregori, Enzo Avitabile… Giuliano Gabriele: (voice, accordion, bagpipe and tambourine) Lucia Cremonesi: (viola, violin) Eduardo Vessella: (percussion) Michele Bucciarelli: (classical and acoustic guitar) Diego Micheli: (bass guitar, double bass) Gianmarco Gabriele: Gianmarco Gabriele (drum set) |
