Sonoristan is the first solo album in the name of Riccardo Onori, one of the most famous guitarist on the Italian scene that boasts excellent collaborations in Italy and abroad, the best known of which is the one that sees him accompany Lorenzo Cherubini live since the very early years 2000. Sonoristan is an imaginary country, a country where there is no need for a residence permit and which lives on the collaborations and experiences that Honori has had with exceptional traveling companions, who for this album wanted to be on his side again. Sonoristan breathes the sound of the world through different rhythms and languages, always filtered by the personal artistic inspiration of Honors. Africa, Mediterranean, Central America, Europe, United States, no border in Sonoristan, while the guitar and the other instruments are wisely at ease, ranging between bolero, blues, cumbia and afrobeat. With Honors live the Sonoristan Gianluca Petrella, Sabina Sciubba, voice in the Brazilian Girls, Hindi Zahra, Dan Kinzelman, Ruben Chaviano, Dimitri Espinosa, Mudimbi, Mohamed Azizi, Ahmed Ag Keady, GRINTV and Ziad Trambelsi. an important work that marks the birth of the new label BC LINE, rib of Black Candy Records dedicated to the discovery of new refined and refined sounds, in collaboration with the internationally renowned Italian trombonist Gianluca Petrella. |
