e Javier Girotto, and played with Lester Bowie and Don Moye.
In the meantime he started playing with some important Latin music orchestras in Rome like Raiz and Grupo Diapa-
Son, with which he participated in the movies " Caro Diario " and " Habemus Papam " by director Nanni Moretti.
In the summer of 2001, he played on tour with Celia Cruz, together with Mercadonegro Orchestra, in some of the
most important European Jazz festivals like the Bal de la Ros at the Monte-Carlo Sporting Club, Montreux Jazz
Festival, Imatra Big Band Festival, Tarvisio No Border Music, Munchen MusikArena, Frankfurt Salsa Festival,
Bridgewater Hall of Manchester, Jazz a Vienne and many more.
He continued to play with Mercadonegro in a remarkable concert at Bordeaux performing with them in the most
famous salsa and jazz festivals in Europe, and also with NY Salsa All Stars, featuring the world most popular latin
music artists, like Giovanni Hidalgo, Dave Valentin, Jimmy Bosch, Frankie Morales, Alfredo de la Fe, Josè Alberto
el Canario, Tito Nieves, Andy Montanez, Cheo Feliciano, Richie Ray & Bobby Cruz, Ray Sepulveda, performing on

Note Jazz Club in Tokyo and with whom he composed and played the Italian soundtrack of anime " Lupin III - The
Italian Adventure. "
In this first solo work he brings together all the elements of the styles that influenced him, without leaving behind the
good taste for melody and emotions, along with exceptional musicians like:
Alfredo Bochicchio - Guitar
Davide Grottelli - Tenor Sax
Carlo Micheli - Baritone Sax
Enrico Nisati - Piano
