A fresh and fun record. Author's songs halfway between Paolo Conte and Sergio Caputo in which a confidential voice traces small private stories that are composed in the wake of suggestions absorbed by life, cinema and literature. So it is not difficult to immediately meet the disillusioned dreams of the author during the search for a life not approved, the clashes and meetings that with a little 'art are colored by irony, the empirical reflections, the leaps but also the bitterness of life. And finally, amid the shining notes of an errant piano and the dark notes of a skilled contrabass, a good attempt of magic remains in the headphones, a hidden need for certainties and a desire for jazz. |
