Chuck Fender si conferma uno degli artisti più interessanti del panorama reggae jamaicano. La sua voce graffiante, i testi coscienti e impegnati e in generale l'impronta "roots" che pervade questo album, rendono Fulfillment un felice esempio di come la musica reggae sia in grado di rinnovarsi senza però perdere di vista le sue radici.
