Quattro album di questo quartetto di Washinghton che dall’underground sono arrivati a vendere milioni di copie e hanno recentemente firmato per la Warner Brothers che pubblicherà in tutto il mondo a Settembre il nuovo album .
La loro musica e caratterizzata da brani semplici ma di grande gusto melodico, le chitarre disegnano soffici arpeggi e riffs su una base più sostenuta, dolcezza e grinta ben rappresentata anche dalla voce del malinconico cantante Benjamin Gibbard .Un must per tutti gli amanti di Folk Implosion , Elliot Smith, Guided By Voices ,Weezer e Mattew Sweet . |
